矿井水文地质类型划分,对煤矿的安全生产划分有着重要的意义。探讨西曲煤矿矿井水文地质类型的划分,对井田内水文地质条件及矿井充水因素进行分析,得出该矿开采受水害影响程度以及防治水工作开展的难易程度均为中等。具体为,2+3#煤层矿井水文地质类型为中等,4#煤层矿井水文地质类型为复杂,8#、9#煤层矿井水文地质类型为复杂。分析认为,该矿应加强对陷落柱的物探和钻探、本矿采空积水探放水、矿界防隔水煤柱的留设等工作,研究结果可为煤矿防治水工作提供依据,在一定程度上可确保矿井安全生产。  相似文献

The Global Positioning System (GPS) offers the interferometer for attitude determination by processing the carrier phase observables. By using carrier phase observables, the relative positioning is obtained in centimeter level. GPS interferometry has been firstly used in precise static relative positioning, and thereafter in kinematic positioning. The carrier phase differential GPS based on interferometer principles can solve for the antenna baseline vector, defined as the vector between the antenna designated master and one of the slave antennas, connected to a rigid body. Determining the unknown baseline vectors between the antennas sits at the heart of GPS-based attitude determination. The conventional solution of the baseline vectors based on least-squares approach is inherently noisy, which results in the noisy attitude solutions. In this article, the complementary Kalman filter (CKF) is employed for solving the baseline vector in the attitude determination mechanism to improve the performance, where the receiversatellite double differenced observable was utilized as the measurement. By using the carrier phase observables, the relative positioning is obtained in centimeter level. Employing the CKF provides several advantages, such as accuracy improvement, reliability enhancement, and real-time assurance. Simulation results based on the conventional method where the least-squares approach is involved, and the proposed method where the CKF is involved are compared and discussed.  相似文献

针对煤矿发生事故后传统救援监控系统无法实时对井下人员进行动态定位,导致矿井救援盲目性大、救援效率差、救援难度大等技术难题,为了进一步提高煤矿救援效率,通过技术研究,设计了一套以通信基站为核心的智能化救援监控系统,分析了该系统结构组成、工作原理,通过在担水沟煤矿井下实际应用效果来看,智能化救援监控系统对人员定位精准度达95%,实现人员动态位置三维成像,救援效率提高至80%以上,有效缩短了煤矿事故救援时间,取得了显著应用成效。  相似文献

In this study the rolling contact fatigue (RCF) of case carburized AISI 8620 steel was numerically and experimentally investigated. For the numerical study, a two dimensional finite element (FE) RCF model based on the continuum damage mechanics (CDM) was developed to investigate the fatigue damage accumulation, crack propagation and final fatigue life of carburized AISI 8620 steel under various operating conditions. A randomly generated Voronoi tessellation was used to model the effects of material microstructure topology. The boundaries of the Voronoi elements were assumed to be the weak planes where damage accumulates, cracks initiate and propagate to simulate inter-granular cracks. A series of torsional fatigue tests were conducted on carburized AISI 8620 steel specimens containing 0% and 35% retained austenite (RA) to determine fatigue load (S) vs. life (N) of the material. The S–N results were then used to determine the material parameters necessary for the rolling contact fatigue model. The torsional fatigue test results indicate that the carburized AISI 8620 specimens with higher RA demonstrate higher life than the specimens with lower RA. The RCF model also indicates that the material with higher level of compressive residual stresses (RS) and retained austenite demonstrates higher RCF life. In order to corroborate the results of RCF model, a three-ball-on-rod rolling contact fatigue test rig was used to determine the RCF lives of carburized AISI 8620 steels with different amounts of RA. The fatigue life and cracks evolution pattern from the numerical and experimental results were corroborated. The results indicate that they are in good agreement.  相似文献

This paper presents experimental and numerical study of the fatigue crack growth of hollowed pre-notched plates with multiple site damages (MSD). The numerical analyses were performed using finite element method. Experiments were carried out to validate the numerical results. Fatigue tests of aluminum sheets with MSD cracks were conducted to evaluate the effects of some parameters such as the thickness, hole diameter and central distance of the holes. The results show that the distance of the holes has greatest and size of the hole has little effects on the fatigue lives. Nucleation of cracks strongly depends on the thickness, distance and hole size.  相似文献

This paper presents a multilevel methodology for a steam turbine lifetime assessment based on the damage calculation, probabilistic analysis and fracture mechanics considerations. Creep-fatigue damage calculations serve as a basis for evaluating the current lifetime expenditure and for defining additional steps of analysis. The need for the use of probabilistic analysis results from the inherent uncertainty in estimating the lifetime expenditure primarily caused by scatter in material properties. Fracture mechanics considerations are helpful in determining additional safety margins for components containing cracks. This methodology has been illustrated using an example of the lifetime calculations of a high-temperature steam turbine rotor. The calculations were based on the results of 2D numerical simulations performed for steady state and transient operating conditions.  相似文献

Glioblastoma is an extremely difficult clinical indication with very few therapeutic choices. In this study, a nanoparticle is constructed featuring high red absorbance and selective penetration of the blood–brain barrier (BBB) at the tumor site. This nanoparticle can provide timely activation of the adenosine receptor on the BBB to allow self‐passage and accumulation in the tumor. The nanoparticle converts pulsed laser energy into a shockwave via photoacoustic (PA) cavitation to achieve localized mechanical damage and thus yields a precision antitumor effect. In addition to its therapeutic function, the nanoparticle‐mediated PA process can also generate images that provide valuable information regarding tumor depth, size, and vascular morphology to inform treatment planning and monitoring. The results show that the nanoparticles can be efficiently delivered into the glioblastoma via intravenous infusion and this PA shockwave therapy can selectively destroy glioblastoma tumors with no observable side effects on normal tissue.  相似文献

传统载波相位差分算法在形变监测领域适用性不足,实时动态定位(RTK)精度难以满足要求,而载波双差静态相对定位连续解算时形变跟踪性能较低等。针对这些问题,在对动静态算法深入研究的基础上,提出一种基于载波相位差分的动静态自适应融合算法。通过方差变化法实时判断定位结果是否收敛,自适应调节扩展卡尔曼滤波(EKF)状态先验估计过程。在收敛时刻增大位置参数的先验估计误差的协方差值,使EKF后验估计过程倾向于信赖测量值;未收敛时刻通过EKF迭代,使EKF后验估计过程倾向于信赖状态预测值。实验结果表明:相比传统RTK新算法精度有明显提高,水平达±2 mm内,高程达到±4 mm内;相比静态定位则缩减了观测周期,提高了微小形变跟踪性能。  相似文献

流量替代渗透率评价破碎性储层工作流体伤害程度   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
若地层岩石整体强度偏低,在力学环境改变后岩石易破碎成不规则破裂体,则储存油气资源的此类破碎地层被称为破碎性储层。由于破碎性储层在纵向上存在着较强的非均质性,通过测试单个柱塞岩样在工作流体伤害前后的渗透率变化难以体现工作流体对储层的整体伤害程度。为此,利用达西定律先从理论上探讨用流量替代渗透率定量表征储层伤害程度的可行性,再开展单层开采、双层及三层并采的流量测试实验,评价工作流体对单层、多层储层的整体伤害程度,并将流量损害率与渗透率损害率进行对比以求证流量替代渗透率的可行性。研究结果表明:①单层开采时,流量损害率与渗透率损害率基本一致,渗透率损害率是流量损害率的一种特殊形式;②双层及三层并采时,单层各自稳定流量损害率与渗透率损害率接近,且流量损害率可以定量表征并采储层的整体伤害程度,而渗透率损害率则无法定量表证;③稳定流量损害率较累积流量损害率更接近渗透率损害率。结论认为,测定稳定流量可以替代测定渗透率评价工作流体对破碎性储层的伤害程度,从而为优选工程技术与评价工作流体的适应性提供了方法依据。  相似文献

随着矿山开采深度的不断增加,“三高一扰动”恶劣开采环境问题日益突出,给矿井通风降温工作带来极大困难。对于深井矿山,仅采用通风降温难以满足深部开采的需要,系统研究高温深井矿山通风降温技术的适用性问题,对矿山深部开采具有重要的理论意义和工程适用价值。首先从热力学角度,揭示风流在通风线路中的热交换规律;其次利用差分法原理计算深井筒风流温度,并依此推导出巷道和回采工作面风流温度变化趋势;然后结合采场安全生产允许温度进行反推,最终获取通风降温条件下的可采极限深度计算公式,并选取广西铜坑矿锌多金属矿体作为工程应用试验区进行论证分析。结果表明:基于风流的热交换模型可以推导出风流在井筒、巷道及工作面的温度计算公式,该公式与低温梯度、风流流经路径长度有关;假定工作面温度达到安全开采允许最高温度,可反推出该条件下矿山可采极限深度和巷道通风极限长度(仅采用通风降温措施时);基于铜坑矿区锌多金属矿的实际条件,代入相关数据,验证计算所得极限开采深度符合实际,即所推导公式是可行的。  相似文献
